Color Trend Report/ Fall2009

Here is the Color Trend Report / Fall 2009 / Womens:






The color advisor are including the judges of a famous TV Show "Project Runway"



"The fall 2009 palette is more unique and thoughtful than the typical autumnal hues of years past, " said Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute.

"Designers recognize the desire for fundamental basics that speak to current economic conditions, but also understand the need to incorporate vibrant color to grab the consumers' eyes and entice them to buy."




Templerly London, *left. Inspiration:
The Orient and traditional dress of the geisha, Steichen photography, and travels. Deep Reds and Crimsons with hints of Black that evoke the sumptuousness of the Orient.


Yigal Azrouel, *right. Inspiration:
Toughened-up romanticism, luxe decadence for a strong woman. Cardinal paired with Jet Black feels both past and novel.

Thailand, where the colors in nature are not to be believed. The shades of Green in the water, the abundant flowers and the colors or the local dress.
